Booking and Cancellation Policy
So we can look after every client properly, please read this before you book. If anything is unclear, call us on 0402 356 684.
Prices
Every service is customised, so we don't have a set price list. Call us or book a consultation and we'll give you an approximate quote. All prices are in AUD and may change without notice.
Consultations
A one-on-one consultation takes 15 minutes and costs $20 AUD. The $20 is redeemable against your next service.
Booking and deposits
You can book online or by phone. We need a valid credit card to secure your booking. The card is only charged for no-shows or late cancellations.
SMS reminders
We send a confirmation text 2 days before your appointment. Please reply to confirm.
Cancellations and changes
If you change or cancel your booking within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the booking may apply.
If you don't turn up without letting us know, a fee of 100% of the service applies.
Refunds and corrections
Services are non-refundable, and we can't offer refunds or change-of-mind returns after a service.
If you're not happy with your result, please contact us within 7 days so we can talk it through. If the salon made an error, we'll correct it at no charge. Any adjustment needs to be booked within 10 days of your original service.
